The staff was very friendly and attentive, the dishes were very delicious and unique. Only the lighting was too bright in our opinion and disturbed the beautiful ambience

Restaurant : AWFUL. It ruined our night, really. 1) you can&rsquo;t find the menu anywhere so it&rsquo;s a big surprise when you discover the menu already seated at the restaurant. It&rsquo;s super expensive for very basic plates. We wanted to run away but decided to order a primi plati. It was the most basic pasta plate at 24&euro;. There was no one in the restaurant so the waitresses (at least 5 people) were coming to ask us if everything was fine bla-bla-bla but every single minute!!&rsquo; It was so annoying. Again, we are in a 5 star hotel, some standards need to be met. We were still hungry and decided to leave after 20min. (We usually stay an 1h30 at a restaurant and we did multiple Michelin restaurant so we know what we talk about). We were so sad and found the cutest restaurant across the street. Plates are around 8&euro;, is well reviewed on Tripadvisor/Google and locals go there. My advice would be to AVOID the restaurant at ALL COST. -Breakfast: Basic but ok. For a 5 star hotel, they should have fresh homemade juice which is not the case. I asked for an Americano and they served me INSTANT COFFEE. At that point, I could not no more. I ordered an espresso afterwards and it was a good one. Can&rsquo;t believe that in Italy, in a palace, they don&rsquo;t know how to make an Americano!

Un ristorante con cos&igrave; tanti coperti in contemporanea  che cerca di fare cose raffinate ma non ci riesce, forse per il gran numero di piatti da servire, forse perch&eacute; i piatti in s&eacute; andrebbero meglio riformulati e controllati. Materie prime mi pare buone ma esecuzione mediocre: il risotto frutti di mare e mandarino era decisamente troppo dolce, troppo mandarino, le seppie alla piastra con pur&egrave; al cocco e funghi, freddo e accostamento per me non riuscito, baccal&agrave; con brodo dashi per nulla sapido. Considerati i prezzi non ci tornerei

A restaurant with so many covers at the same time that it is trying to do refined things but it does not, perhaps because of the large number of dishes to serve, perhaps because the dishes themselves should be better refined and checked. The raw materials seem to me good but medium execution: the rice of sea and mandarin fruit was definitely too sweet, too mandarin, the sheep on the plate with cocoa and fungi pure, cold and a lie for me failed, And he will be a codlaw with brodo dashi for nothing wise.

L&rsquo;ingresso &egrave; poco intuitivo, non informandoci molto prima dell&rsquo;arrivo abbiamo fatto fatica a capire che si trovasse all&rsquo;interno dell&rsquo;Hotel Bagni di Pisa.Il personale &egrave; molto cordiale e preparato, sono stati molto gentili e attenti in tutto.La qualit&agrave; del cibo era ottima, anche se il rapporto qualit&agrave; prezzo &egrave; forse un po&rsquo; alto considerando anche le quantit&agrave;. Sicuramente consiglio, per un&rsquo;esperienza completa, di provare il men&ugrave; degustazione poich&eacute;, visto la quantit&agrave; delle porzioni,  si arriva tranquillamente dall&rsquo;antipasto al dolce.Esperienza complessivamente molto piacevole.

The entrance is not intuitive, not informing us long before arrival we have been hard to understand that you were in the Hotel Bagni di Pisa. They were very kind and careful in all.The quality of the food was excellent, although the price quality ratio is perhaps a little high, also considering quantities. I certainly recommend, for a complete experience, to try the menu taste because, given the amount of portions, you come quietly from the meal to sweet.Overall very pleasant experience.
